October 2006 Modern Guitar Trio booked for West Dean Guitar Festival, Britians formost guitar festival. Roland's entire catalogue featured on Whole Wheat Radio in Alaska. September 2006 Modern Guitar Trio receive review for their first CD from Classical Guitar Magazine. October 2005 Roland parts amicably with Resonator Records and takes control of his entire catalogue and publishing. July 2005 Roland joins forces with Alan Glen, famous for his work with The Yardbirds. and The Barcodes. Plans for and work on a new CD commence.
May 2005 Roland is inducted into the Specials Section of the John McLaughlin Archives along with John McLaughlin, Larry Coryell, Alan Holdsworth, Carlos Santana, Jimi Hendrix, Miles Davis and Billy Cobham.
January 2005 Roland's 3rd commercial release, Size of the Earth for Comparison issued through Resonator Records.

December 2004 Acoustic Heaven with Michael Berk, Amrit Sond, Pete Buckley and John Sullivan give first concert at Windsor Arts Centre.
Roland is nominated for Best Demo Award by the Lancashire Music Collective. Roland supports John Renbourn at Hitchin Folk Club. November 2004 String Theory website goes live. String Theory October 2004 Modern Guitar Trio CD recorded in Birmingham. CD features The Wendy House by Roland, Sonata Melodica by Vincent and 2 Fusion Pieces by Roland Gallery. June 2004: The Modern Guitar Trio signs Agency Agreement Julia Hickman PR.
February 2004: One, Roland's new solo Classical Guitar CD was released through Resonator Records in February 2004. This CD was recorded at St Thomas A Becket Church by John Taylor.
